Purchased a crate that was built specifically for shipping items on a bi-annual basis for a conference we attend in NYC. Awesome customer service and timely delivery as well!

Working with Tony and the team is always a pleasure! We can always count on Tony when we need help in a pinch. As a fellow crater in the packing industry, the Packing Services, Inc, goes above and beyond to ensure shipments are packed corrected, transported with care, and received as quick as possible. I got the contact of Packing Service and sent them a packaging request including photos and labeled dimensions of the furniture items to pack. Three of the items needed crates as I stated, being two marble tops and a clay sculpture. I got a business reply telling me they couldn't do the crates. A few days later I got a quote and, in my stress because of the move, I committed myself, paying the nonrefundable deposit, only to realize that the services wouldn't include the crates I wanted. It was a mistake of mine and I called the manager, named Tony, whom I learnt to be also the owner, as he told me and, when I told him I wanted to cancel the job, accepting my loss of the down payment, he said he was disappointed to see me go and the issue was not the money and that I would have the crates I needed at a reduced price, as he was not comfortable with an unhappy costumer. From that moment onwards it was smooth sailing, as Tony made sure everything was well with me. He offered me advice on how to organize my move and was keen to see me satisfied. The packaging was done, the crates were so beautiful and well executed, and two weeks later the same team came back to load my items into the container. I am an extremely happy customer, and I am glad I picked up the phone to call the company, as my requests were fully met and, if I had to move again, I know whose door to knock on or which company to recommend.

I've been working with Anthony, for a couple of years now & I must respect the level of customer satisfaction that PACKING SERVICE INC. Sets forth for its customers Precious Cargo. There are many companies out here that don't care, but these guy's here @ Packing Service Inc. they do care..👍

pro pak crating and packing

Tony's team are true pros. Look at all these boxes. 19 of them, different shapes and sizes. We knew they would fit on a pallet because we staged the boxes when they were empty. But we had no idea how professionally palletized our assortment would become. Packing Service, Inc. were on time to pick up the boxes, then they palletized the daylights out of them (see how they went the extra mile with the outer covering for security) and shipped them to our destination. Throughout the process, Tony was available to quickly answer questions, including after the shipment was complete, which is unusually professional. Plus, they stand behind their price quotes and there are no weird markups or unpleasant surprises after the quote. It ain't cheap by any stretch, but the project turned out to be worth it. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a company to crate up my equipment that needed to be sent to Italy. I found Packing Service Inc. I called and the quoting process was easy. Tony's crew showed up at our facility with prefabricated parts of the crate. It took Tony's crew about an hour and half to complete the crate. They did a great job and will use them for future projects.

I personally recommend good service, I mean a company you can be reliable, responsable team, caring for your merchandise or furniture. They give you a flat rate and never is any alterations of price afterwards.
