Purchased a crate that was built specifically for shipping items on a bi-annual basis for a conference we attend in NYC. Awesome customer service and timely delivery as well!

Avis Google VérifiéI was looking for a company to crate up my equipment that needed to be sent to Italy. I found Packing Service Inc. I called and the quoting process was easy. Tony's crew showed up at our facility with prefabricated parts of the crate. It took Tony's crew about an hour and half to complete the crate. They did a great job and will use them for future projects.

Avis Google VérifiéBefore you read this account of my move you must understand the role Tony played in this. By the STAR's above you already have deduced that I was more than pleased with Tony's attention to the very most miniscule details. My request was complicated but Tony made it easy. Don't get me wrong he is a tough guy, sometimes you have to be forceful and interrupt to get a word in edgewise. If your feelings are easily hurt, forget about them, because he is looking out for you. Think of a conductor at a concert, he basically runs the orchestra and never lets go. Your job is to respond to his many requests and follow through on every one of them. So, based on my experience he is your man. The company Packing Service, well that's Tony and he does the name and the company justice. Tony comes on hard at times but he is a Prince with a capital P. Don't look any further, Packing Service, Inc. keeps it's word. Everything in the open, nothing hidden. When they give you a quote it's firm, fair and honest. Tony doesn't lie.

Avis Google VérifiéI'm so happy to have found this company. They're very professional and they were able to assist me in a very efficient and reliable way. Tony is super nice and took care of every step of the process, the staff here in New York was very helpful too, they were on time, they did everything right and even made sure my crating was protected from the rain, 5 star service. I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely call them again if need any crating, shipping, palletizing service, etc... I'm very satisfied with Packing Service, Inc. 👍👍👍
